I am attempting to troubleshoot long distance for an in-law. She has an older iMac running 9.2.2. She is now unable to get pages to load in either IE or Netscape, but she says that she can still instant messenge, so I assume that she is connected. The only thing she can tell me that has changed is that her phone line was out for a few days before the phone company fixed it. Can anyone offer any ideas that I can suggest before I make the long trip to try & look at it in person?
