Okay, I just bought a used iMac Graphite DV SE and it won't play DVD's. Which is no big deal but it does bother me. Could someone tell me exactly where the firmware upgrades are and what else I need to do to try and fix this? I tried to find something on Apple's web sites and I just get more confused. Everything else on the Mac works just fine. I upgraded to 512 megs of RAM and had to replace the PRAM battery. I think I also need an extension that is missing called the DVD Auto Launcher Extension.
