Greetings: I am having a problem related to OS X's Mail App. I recently bought an iBook and have given my iMac to my wife. When I use the Mail App on the iBook, I have it set to delete the mail after it is read from the server. I have it set the same way on the iMac. My problem is that when I log on to my Earthlink account on the iBook, I may receive 75-100 messages, which is normal as I am subscribed to several lists. The other day I needed to retrieve my mail on the iMac, and I had over 800 messages! They were from before Christmas, and are the same ones that I read on the iBook, and should have been deleted. What gives? Anyone know why they still show up on the iMac, even though I have them set to be deleted from the server on the iBook?
