I haven't run the 10.2.4 update, but in 10.2.3, it appears whichever
account is first in the list when the preferences are closed will be
the default account, and other accounts can be selected via the drop
down menu in the compose window.

In the preferences window, it was nice of Apple to make the accounts
drag and drop as to the order. i.e. You don't have to delete accounts
and re-create them to change which one is first in line.

I would assume it *should* work the same in 10.2.4.
