I wouldn't call that accurate. It would be more accurate to say that it's a HIGHLY rewritten version of KHTML -- the rendering engine of Konquerer (same as saying Gecko is the engine of Mozilla). As Steve said, the source code is improved by an order of magnitude over the original, at least from what I've seen so far. It's also FAR more compact and (apparently) better-designed than Gecko, which is probably why Apple chose it. _Chas_ Come to ...
