I really don't mean to be rude, but would it kill you to just go to 
apple.com/safari and find out for yourself rather than wasting a lot of 
time asking us?

For the record, EVERYTHING that comes out of Apple from here on out is 
OS X ONLY. I'll be very surprised if we even see so much as a point 
update for OS 9, much less any software. Hell, I doubt Apple's going to 
let the updated iApps run in anything less than 10.2!

Safari requires 10.2 or higher.
