I lost an Apple Pro keyboard to some guacamole last year. I tried to take it apart and wash it as recommended, but it's still in many, many pieces, as the task of reassembly just seems like too much. It is called 'Cool Mac' keyboard, and last night i spilled a bottle of "beerenburg" all over it. (beerenburg=an old dutch herb-spirit, beloved by our queen. Once a year at our wooden shoe&tulip- get-together, she stands on the balcony of her palace, and when all the dutchmen standing in front of her are absolutely silent she finishes a half liter bottle in one swallow. Then she does a small traditional dance before fallin' down on her bed made of 'coffeeshop weeds'.) How the dutch grow such fine wooden tulips with a queen like that is beyond me. Anyway, there was no harm done to the keyboard (not only moisture but also strong liquer applied) Only things to consider is the somewhat 'different' feel of the keys and the placement of certain keys like the arrows. Oh, and why did they make it so good lookin' only to attach such a boring beige connection-cord to it? PS ofcourse no USB hub on it, so your mouse has to go somewhere else.
