You can disable frames on IE (Web Content/Page Content/Show Frames), in which case the site would correctly report that 'your system doesn't handle frames'. Netscape has the same option. I could not find it in Safari though. It's worth checking your browser's preferences, Zippy. Maybe 'Show Frames' got unchecked for some reason. Or maybe it is really a poorly configured site....
