DW is a stand- alone, bootable CD. MSRP of DW is USD99. I don't see it 
discounted regularly, but I could be wrong.

Well, DW saved my drive on exactly 2 occasions over the last 4 years 
where absolutely no other utility could find anything resembling a 
valid file system. DW fixed them on both occasions saving vast amounts 
of data and time and effort.

I'm not a Mac professional, but my vote would be that if you only have 
money to spend for one utility, buy DW.
