kyle

thanks for sharing what applecare state,. this alone does not make norton a
bad utility that u state. but i wont argue the point.

i could also give my opinion on apple's way of dealing with their repairs. i
have been a apple tech for a number of years but again thats not my place.

i have found many things thru my career.

1.) ask 10 techs 1 question and u will possibly get 10 answers based on
their experiences.
2.) some techs stick to what they have discovered no matter what info to
the contray has been given to them. ( not saying this about u .)
4.) some techs are just hands for the higher ups. doing only what theyare
told to do and not what they have been taught and learned thru education.

4.) we all are human and can only give an apinion on our own life lessons.

again nothing against kyle. only giving my two cents to thid debate

Brian

pS. if u find a utility u can trust.. use it.
