So, it's logical that OS X troubleshooting would be a major part of this list, as problems and solutions vary from one iMac model to the next. Why some iMac users are still using 8.6 is a mystery to me, but it's their choice, whether for financial reasons or personal preference, even if they are rapidly becoming the minority. Before we know it, OS X too will be a thing of the past, and this list will still be here to troubleshoot whatever the current OS is, and how to troubleshoot it on their iMac.
