At the time those specs were released, 256MB and 512MB SOdimms were not yet
in production. I am happily running 512MB in my Rev B.

========================
As I am on the verge of upgrading my RAM on a rev D iMac 333, I sure
would love to have the exact brand-number-specification of the RAM
chip you have in your iMac :-)
Any chance you still have the invoice around?
As I am looking more and more at X, 512Mb RAM would be welcomed.
But lately all discussion concerning RAM is making me look wild.
There was a discussion on the PCI list on how to say EDO from FPM RAM
and I also came back of it looking wild.
I guess the problem here is how to differentiate the DENSITY of 256Mb
RAM chip, but how?
