As the message says, a message containing Klez was bounced to you. Type
"klez" into Google to read all about it. The short version is that it's a
Windows Outlook virus that mails itself out to every address it can find in
its host's address book, using as a return address another such address
(thus the bounces go to you). So this indicates someone with both your and
the recipient's address in his address book has the virus.
