You're exactly the sort of person Homepage was designed to help.

If you have a .Mac account, all you need is some scanned or digital 
photos you would like to use. Visit homepage.mac.com and have a look.

If you do not have a .Mac account, there is a plug-in to iPhoto called 
BetterHTMLExport that I think allows you to upload your iPhoto pages to 
a different web server. You can find this on versiontracker.com or 
macupdate.com.
