Yes, I have. They are expensive and they SUCK. The Firewire to SCSI ones are quite a bit better, but again they are quite expensive. In most cases (scanner, inkjet printer, Zip drive, hard drive) you are a lot better off in terms of time, money and aggravation to just sell the SCSI stuff on ebay and replace it with USB or FW as needed. In the case of Laser printers, if you can retrofit them with ethernet/network cards then great.
