Jacques-- Have you actually done this? I just tried to access a CD over our home LAN (Ethernet) and was unable to "see" the CD on the other iMac at all. The computers (2 iMacs and 1 PPC 8500) are setup for full access to all drives from any other machine but no removable media drives seem to be accessible. If you have accessed media from a remote removable drive I would be *very* interested in knowing specifically how to accomplish this as one of our iMacs has a bad CD ROM drive currently.
