the Software Restore CDs or DVDs that come with Macs have OS 9 on them. and they have Jaguar on them (if they shipped with Jag, at least). Jag installer on the disk has nothing to do with the OS 9 installer. also, if the machine supports booting to OS 9, it actually installs a fully bootable OS 9, not just Classic. > OTOH, the retail boxed Jaguar version does not include an OS 9 in any > form.
