Gerry, You can sometimes find the Zip650 refurb at CompUSA stores for $50-60 (plus you get a warranty); mine remanufactured unit ahs worked fine for 2 years or so. Apple lists it as supported for iTunes3 (only the Zip 650 and the Predator 4x4x6X are listed as supported Iomega USB CD-RW drives), so it must work with X.
(Iomega has their (remanufactured) USB1.1/2.0 version (16x10x40x, Item 32464) at their Factory Outlet store on-line for $59.95. It comes with their Hot-burn software, though, not Toast. Apple doesn't list support for it on their iTunes3 page, though, so I'm not sure it works with X.)
