    If you are using Internet Explorer as your
browser, go to the pull-down Edit menu, click on
Preferences, then on the left click on Receiving Files
and on Cookies under Receiving Files.  Cookies
listings appears.
    My impression is that you will find them under
your browser's preferences in other browsers as well.
