    I have used a keyboard quite a lot for many years.
Manual typewriters, then IBM electrics, and now the
computer.  I haven't had much trouble with my wrist.  
     I have the habit of resting the wrist often by letting
it flop to the mouse pad between mousing.  And sometimes I
just raise my hand for a moment, flexing the wrist.  
     When you use your mouse, allow your wrist to rest in
between mouse movements.  It takes some practice.  You might
try one of those wrist rests which I see advertised.
     In a word, analyze what you are doing and experiment
with changes in your habits
