I don't have the original thread on this wake-up problem, so don't know which OS you 
are using.  I had trackpad problems (trackpad would not respond at all) on a TiBook 
after wake-up when using OS 10.2.1.  Upgrading to 10.2.3 cured those wake-up problems 
on the TiBook.  PS: would not recommend going to 10.2.4 due to the sporadic modem and 
date problems plaguing many who have.
