There is no single keyboard sequence to do that with a contemporary 
Mac. Depends on the nature of the freeze? The first thing to try is the 
force quit menu: command+option+escape. If that works then you can do a 
restart from either the Apple menu or by using control+eject, which 
will give you a menu with the option of restart.

Otherwise it's use the  main power button to shut down and then restart.
