From: Dale Goodvin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> i finally got a standard desktop background (picture) back (the default blue abstract one), which I thought would solve the problem, but the problem persists. The pizza still rolls when I click on "desktop" preference
any ideas or procedures for taking care of this?
My god man, what are you some kind of idiot?? All you have to do is invoke cmd-shift-option-6-6-6 (all at the same time) under a full moon after having burned an effigy of Steve Ballmer at a fork in the road! Sheesh, kindergarters would know this!! Take the short bus to Clue Academy, ya newbie!
;)
Seriously now -- have you tried deleting the preference file "com.apple.desktop.plist" which can be found in your Home Folder -> Library -> Preferences ?
