It's a great little utility to force-empty the Trash (or reset 
permissions on stubborn files). As of 10.2 it's obsolete really, 
because:

a) Apple appears to have fixed the problem of "stuck" files. I haven't 
had one in months, and until this discussion came up I hadn't really 
realised that I no longer use or need to keep BatCHMod around anymore. 
Thanks, Apple!

b) In the rare event of a file with stubborn permissions, you can now 
do a "get info" and modify the permissions yourself.
