Sometimes the solutions you offer on discussion lists remind me of (movie) scenes of 
charitable soup kitchens in the "dirty thirties". Where, in order to get the bowl of 
soup that you were hungry for, you had to listen to a sermon that you neither wanted 
nor needed.
