My son is having a peculiar problem with the keyboard of his iMac. If he types any ONE of five particular keys (I think they are A, S, G, H and ,) all FIVE letters or symbols appear on the screen (in lower or upper case version). All other keys are working normally.
Clearly, he is unable to email you about it himself, so I'm doing it for him. Does anyone have a clue as to what might be going wrong here; and how to put it right?
