The internet connection can be always on, and it doesn't matter, the
computer... the target of the attack, is OFF and 100% non funtional in
that state, and so 100% non hackable.

And the ip addresses are dynamic so there's no way that even an ip can be hijacked? Period. On these lists a lot of people attest to NEVER shutting down their macs. These users are more vulnerable then because even sleep won't protect the hard drive from a hacker using a program to access hard drives?
