I have tried to move and old imac from OS 9 to 10.2.6. My first step was
upgrading the ram. I did this and the video went wrong. The screen is now
ghosted in a shade of green and grey. Any ideas how to
troubleshoot this? I
reseated and switched the ram back with no effect.

like you have not run the firmware update, if the screen is unreadable then
plug an external monitor in and try running the firmware update (it is on
the CD).
Ben.
Also copy the firmware update to your hard drive before you run it. DO NOT try to run it off the CD!
