Had you installed 10.2.6 (or started to install it) as the symptom 
sounds
like you have not run the firmware update, if the screen is unreadable 
then
plug an external monitor in and try running the firmware update (it is 
on
the CD).
Ben.
Also copy the firmware update to your hard drive before you run it. DO 
NOT try to run it off the CD!
