No - that's *not* true - G4 upgrades are, and have been for some time, avaiable for Old world machines, right back to the x500 Powermacs (including the 5500 and 6500!). Thus you can't take it as read that every G4 has built in USB. Every Apple machine with a G4 *as standard* does however.
