Without some type of PC "emulation", you won't be able to run the Windows
version of Outlook. They make Outlook for the Mac, however, it's labeled
Entourage.

aaactually.... Entourage is closer to Outlook Express than Outlook. Even better, Entourage cannot (currently) access Exchange servers.
You can download MS Outlook (not just Outlook Express) from Microsoft's website for free.
