Actually, I use Entourage to access a mail account from an Exchange server.
The Apple Mail client that ships with OS 10.1.5 has trouble playing nice
with the Exchange server. However, I have heard but cannot verify that the
Mail application with OS 10.2 does work with Exchange server. As a PIM,
Entourage is basically Outlook renamed. Outlook Express is pretty much a
mail client, not a PIM.

Dave, your options are this:

Buy an emulation program. Lucky for you M$, in its never ending quest to own
every piece of software on the face of the earth, now distributes Vitrual
PC. Then install your wifes copy of Office.

Buy Office 2001, which ships with Entourage 2001.

Buy a Wintel machine.

Office 2001 is probably the cheaper route. One caveat: Anything that goes
wrong (document does not open, fonts change, formatting change, blah, blah)
will be blamed on the fact that your wife runs Office on Macintosh instead
of Wintel like everyone else.

Good luck with your decision.

TTFN,
Michael
