Hi Tim, You have a couple of options
1. Check with the school�s IT department. Some of the larger state schools offer M$ office to their students at no additional cost to the student. You could pick up Office X. 2. Call the school�s graduate office. Ask if they keep a dissertation format template. This was a life saver for me. If they do, it will probably be for Wintel, but a few progressive places produce ones for Macintosh. 3. If the graphs are on separate pages, you could do an old fashion cut and paste. Print out the graph, cut it out, paste on the page printed from the Wintel machine, and Xerox it. I have done this too. Works pretty well. 4. Try inserting the Excel into the Word document. 5. Try converting the graph into an art document such as a TIFF. This has worked for me, but it will change the fonts size if you enlarge or reduce the picture of the graph. Why does your SO need to transfer her dissertation from Macintosh to Wintel? Hope this helps.
