Since the graphs contain 1000's of data points each, the resulting Word Doc would be _massive_ and not do either machine any good --- believe me, I've already suggested this one and had it dismissed. >5. The graph is inserted as a picture already--- that was the original problem :-) Initially they looked the same on both platforms, then just yesterday, the y-axis labels are missing when the document is viewed on Office 97 on the PC. The printer that we have at home is a slow inkjet --- here there is a brace of fast laser printers that produce better quality results (essential for the final copy, which must be bound and then go and live in the Library).
