I recently upgraded to 10.2, and haven't been able to see my scsi-based CD
burner no matter what I try (and there have been numerous tries, some
resulting in my doing a fresh install of the OS to clear up the resulting
flakiness.) According to the Adaptec site, there are no upgrades planned
for their USBXChange to work with X.

But according to a pdf file I downloaded from
http://www.nuconnex.com/images/scsilink.pdf, there is an adapter called
'scsilink' that works in OS X. From what I can understand from the
material, the company makes these for other companies to put their names
on, and the image looks a lot like the Adaptec.

So has anyone been able to successfully use scsi based hardware using a
scsi to usb adapter, and how did you do? Modified drivers?

Thanks.
