I am still running Netscape 4.7.9 (the last of the 4.x incarnations) in OS 9.2.2. Never changed anything to NS after I upgraded the OS to 9 from 8.6.
The reason I never upgraded NS was 1.) I read that NS 6 was not so hot 2.) I understand that an NS 7 upgrade will cause all your current mail folders' contents and your addressbook to disappear. Just erase them outright. And that you can't get them back. Is this so? > From: don hinkle <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > I want to upgrade from Netscape 4.2 to 6 something (because it's the > last one that'll run in OS 9.2, as I understand).
