No, you don't have a virus. I don't even use a virus detector and 
cleaner. What has happened to you is the results of a Bill Gates' 
viruses. Your system is immune to the virus, but that doesn't mean 
you can't get the results of the virus. This virus comes as an exe 
file, or an executable program on a Windows machine.  If the machine 
that is affected has your email on it, you will get the spam from the 
virus, but the virus becomes dormant in your computer.  Viruses are 
the bane of Gates' system, and they hate Macs because our computers 
have pretty much been inoculated from such nonsense.

I came home one evening after school and started downloading my 
email.  Well, .... I was on this State Department of Education list 
for anti-drugs.  Now, I'm out in the boonies and my fastest speed is 
about 28.8.  Well, during downloading, suddenly I was getting all 
these emails with attachments that took 15 minutes to download. 
Well, ... being burned, I decided to burn.

I posted on the same list that I didn't appreciate the virus and that 
if the state department can't get their act together on the viruses, 
they should get out of the business.  I told them that they were the 
ones who decided to go Gates junk and therefore, they are responsible 
for wasting 3 hours of my time because of their decision to do away 
with their wonderful Macintoshes.

Boy did the list Nanny get mad.  She said it wasn't her fault, and 
for some reason, my email addressed was blocked from then on, ... on 
that list.  And me, I was ROTFLMYHO.
