Select the photos and burn to a cd? Hook your imac and ibook via firewire and transfer them? Network if you are wireless and swap?OK, I see my original query wasn't specific enough. I looked into the iPhoto storage files, and there are all kinds of folders, some containing images and some "data", and I don't understand it. Why isn't there just one folder containing the jpgs? What do I move and what stays here?

I imported iPhoto pix onto my iBook because I wasn't sure my wife's iMac could take them--silly me. Instead of importing into NikonView, the OS9 software that came with the camera, it imported into iPhoto, which of course the iMac has. HOWEVER, I deleted the pix after they imported.
So now I have on my smaller HD all the pix I want to get onto my wife's iMac.
How do I move those over so I can delete them here?
I looked in Help, and it gave none.
I looked in The Missing Manual by Pogue and it gave no help.
I look here...
