Sell anything on eBay or the internet to anyone in West Africa without first researching "Advance Fee Fraud" and "Nigeria Bank Fraud" and you will very likely find yourself in possession of a REALLY NEAT counterfeit certified cheque or cashiers cheque drawn on an American bank but printed in Nigeria. Many of these phony cheques are really excellent counterfeits and fool everyone except the bank that supposedly issued them.
