I use Safari with OSX 10.2 and i LOVE it!!! I accidently clicked on IE yesterday and then got totally frustrated and wondered to myself why I was having so many problems wit Safari. Then I noticed I was in IE!! Went back to Safari, problem solved!! I really like the looks of Safari too.
