My name's not Chas, but it says that on the label of the ink carts we use at work on our DJ 1220c. They're recons (HP uses disposable heads - they are good like that!!) so they have been refilled and sealed by a third party house. You'd struggle to get away with saying that in the UK unless it was true, Trade Descriptions Act and all.
