It's been a while since I've been in OS 9, (thanks to Michael Shaw I had a restless night with flashing psychedelic lights flashing across the monitor and so booted in OS 9 this morning -- big smile), and decided to make certain whatever software I do have is up to date. The QuickTime Updater says that I need to update from 5.0.2 and yet when I try to update I'm getting messages that the 'QuickTime Init' can not be found.
