For starters Windows sucks. It just plain sucks. I hate it. For instance, if I have a dial up internet connection, and am stuck with a dial up internet connection, there will be times when I won't want the computer online. When I shut the internet off, I expect it to stay off. I also don't want the damn computer dialing up with no warning, no asking my permission to connect (which it is constantly doing and crashing my programs in the process anyways), and with no way to stop it short of cutting the power. Which, has become a regular thing. When I want to use that damn phone line it's that simple. I don't want my friggin PC to start dialing up leaving me no choice but to unplug it. I hate the fact that this networking thing is such a pain in the @$$. I just want to hook it up and use the features I was promised it would have. It will be nice when i finally upgrade to an iBook, so I have a mac computer that I can easily surf the internet with. That way the urgency of this networking will not be as grea, but still something I'll want to do. Is this something that is simply not feasable for me right now? Brian
