Trashing .Mac iSync info

[Mark Benson]

I just sorted out and and tidied my address book and want to replace 
the .Mac one on my account with it without Syncing what is on my.Mac 
account with the one on my Mac (thus undoing all my hard work!). Any 
ideas?
