Why not set it up as an LPR printer? I am printing via LPR over my home 
ethernet network to an HP LJ5l (PCL) thats connected to a Windows XP 
home box via parallel cable. The XP box is running Zone Alarm firewall 
software. If you are using Panther you can print straight to it without 
needing Ghostscript to emulate Postscript. Works great.
