Well, my iMac seems to have given up the ghost, and replacing the PAV board
is more expensive than getting another Mac second-hand. So, I've bought a

Hard Drive, and Slot-loading CD-Drive can be taken out an iMac (Summer 2000)
and put in a Rev. 2 B&W G3. Any takers?
RAM and Hard Disk are a straight Swap, although I probably buy a new hard disk if it's a Rev. 2 as it's not limited to Apple ROM'd units. The slot-loading CD Drive is likely a laptop form factor drive and thus will be hard to fit and will need various adapters and also the door at the front over the CD drive will be a problem, apart from cool factor you will likely not gain anything as both CD Drives are 24x IIRC.
Lash a decent 17" or 19" monitor to it, fit a PCI Radeon 7000 ME and it'll be a great machine, I run OS X Panther on mine and it's rock solid - keeps my network routed 24/7.
