Power button green; stays lit for a few minutes then goes out.

I doubt it would even accept an install CD even if I do happen to have a copy
of a specific SLiMac one.

9.2.2 and 10.x has never been installed.

The computer worked fine 
Until that fateful day
When the start button was pushed
And the Sly Mac said "no way!"
