Yesterday my wife and I went to the Apple store in University Village (Seattle) to "look" at a eMac for her. I was going to buy a refurbished eMac from apple.com but we ended up bringing home a new eMac.
And of course I was trying to set up file sharing with my iMac and lost her "Library". But the list saved my bacon with a old email from Jeremy Derr on resetting the owner using Terminal.
Should I partition the 40GB hard drive? Do I need to partition? I never did on my iMac and never had any problems but I do want to use some of the space on her hard drive for my iMac (only 6GB).
