my imac dv 400 was a customer return. the manager wanted to get some of the returned computers out so he dropped price to 150.00. all that was wrong was that the color would be dark purple after boot, but would go away after rebooting. i leave it on most of the time so the problem only occurs occasionally. but (don't laugh) i have it setting on top of a kensington (Apple) IIgs System saver (has a fan). (so if anyone has one they don't need i need another one because the bearings are going on this fan...) charles l
