I didn't receive a record of the type of Umax Scanner you are using. I have an old Astra 1600U which will not work with 3.7.5 on an iMac DV, OS9.2.2. I did find the download for 3.7.5 on the internet from a European site. I may still have the download on one of my computers and if so could send it to you on a Imation super Disk (120MB), if you have a way to put it on your computer. But by the time you pay for the disk and postage you will not save very much. Also anyone who wants my old scanner can let me know. It should work with OS9.1 or below that. You can have it for cost of shipping and a small handling fee.

This interesting because I have an iMac 600 mHz and an old Astra 1600U by Umax and the VistaScan that came with it works just fine. I'm also running OS 9.2.2
