My turn for a dumb Q

[Metaphor]

I want to customize my mail sound (ie. "you've got mail!").  I use 
Netscape 7.1 on OS 10.3.1 Panther (I don't think that part matters). 
Where on my HD are the sounds for Netscape?  What's the folder name?  I 
have so much debris left over from OS 8 and when I used to use my iMac 
in my shop, that I just can't figure out where to even look.

Any help would be appreciated.
